A few months ago we hired a new tech, Jayson Lyons for the sole purpose of adding our 2nd shift. Jayson has spent his time getting to know our customers and being immersed in our corporate culture. We wanted him to understand our commitment and focus on details for our customers.
This gives us more than just a network tech to man the phones and respond to tickets until 11 pm. It gives us the chance to offer maintenance and network updates during the least impactful to business operations for our customers! No longer will we need to charge an after hours rate or try to get a tech scheduled for the late hours. We are moving closer and closer to a 24 hour Network Operations Center. This will give maximum protection and readiness for our customers. Additionally it gives us a chance to be really available for our customers that have operations in branches from Texas to Oregon and Washington states. Employees in these branches will know that JEM is available for thier needs.
