Leadership Seneca County September 9, 2020 Class

Leadership Seneca County kicked off its first session on Wednesday, September 9^th.  Twenty one class participants gathered at Hedges Boyer Park for a day of team building.  Jeff North, Camp Director at Camp Glen, led morning activities and guided a discussion on leadership theories.  Kim Radison, Leadership Seneca County Coordinator, facilitated a session that empowered participants to create personal mission statements, called Purpose statements, that guide individuals along their leadership journey.  The day concluded with an initial discussion of a class project.  Webster Foundation was the Class Day sponsor of the event.
