Tired of shoveling snow and mowing the yard? Carefree living at St. Francis Senior Ministries Villas just might be the answer for you! Independent living villas are available for those who want to live on an attractive, peaceful campus and not have the worries of home ownership. The Villas at St. Francis and Friedman Village offer an independent living lifestyle and range in size from 1400 sq. ft. to 1800 sq. ft. They each offer two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, patio or all season room, either a one or two car garage, and some offer a den (or third bedroom).

North Villas - Friedman Village

The villa residency fee depends on the size and features of the villa and ranges from $130,000 to $165,000. A percentage of the residency fee is refunded when the villa is resold and the amount is based on how long the resident resided in the villa. A monthly service fee covers: real estate taxes, insurance on the structure, inside & outside maintenance, all appliances provided and maintained, lawn & landscaping care, snow removal, and an emergency health call system. There is also a one-time, non-refundable application fee, and residents are responsible to pay their own utilities. Pets are welcome.

South Villas - St. Francis

The St. Francis campus also offers 31 independent living apartments as well as several options for care should a resident no longer be able to live independently. St. Francis Home has an Assisted Living Neighborhood as well as skilled, long-term care, and Alzheimer’s/dementia services if the need arises. We also have a beautiful Assisted Living Residence at our Friedman Village campus.
