Meet Jennifer Burns, Owner of Flair 37, LLC. - Yard Flair Signs, Rustic Flair & Brush and Snapliments.

Every aspect of Burns' business is about personalization and creativity. In 2020, Burns added Yard Flair Signs to help community members celebrate special occasions, even with the pandemic. Yard Flair Signs are large customized messages temporarily displayed in a yard and are great for all occasions including birthdays, birth announcements, retirement and so much more. The letters are 24 inches tall and graphics can be added to customize the message, whether it’s birthday cakes, hearts, beer or sports. Burns can work with you to make any event a special one. Burns explained, “They’re a statement piece and they make people feel loved.”
In 2018, Rustic Flair & Brush was launched as a creative workshop where friends, groups and organizations can come together and create personalized décor with their own personal flair. The brick and mortar studio opened in May 2019. From there she has continued to grow with more bookings for groups and private parties, such as bachelorette parties and team building for companies.

Everything about the workshop at 113 Melmore Street in Downtown Tiffin represents Burns’ artistic skill set and her ability to repurpose almost anything. Many pieces of the workshop, including the tables and shelving unit, came from reclaimed wood from her husband’s grandparents’ barn. On the day of her Chamber ribbon cutting, her mother-in-law, Linda Burns, presented her with a paintbrush that was used to paint the barn.

In 2015, Burns developed Snapliments. The reward and motivation program offers educators, coaches, parents, groups and organizations an affordable way to recognize and motivate others for going above and beyond. The program is customized to individual needs and tailored to fit a classroom/group with personalized patented Snap-its, I Can Ribbons and Snap Cap products. Snap-its (a cross between a flair pin and snap) are given out for compliments, similar to how scouts earn badges and football players receive helmet stickers.
