Leadership Seneca County - February Class

Leadership Seneca County - February Class
February 26, 2021

Leadership Seneca County met on February 10th at the historic Bankquet Hall in downtown Fostoria, where they learned about the history of the town and the infamous Dillinger robbery from Leonard Skonecki.  Kim Radison, LSC Coordinator, led a group discussion about the need to embrace failure in order to be successful.  Renee Smith, President of Fostoria Economic Development, shared economic wins and future plans of Fostoria.  The 21 class participants then ventured to Reino’s Party Room in downtown Tiffin, where Celinda Scherger hosted an etiquette lunch.  The day finished at North Central Ohio Educational Service Center with virtual visits from Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz and TSEP President and CEO David Zak and roundtable discussions with business owners Jessica Wirth, Bailiwick’s Coffee Company, and Dexter Tiell, Tiell Financial Group.

The class is set to meet again on March 10th.  To learn more about Leadership Seneca County and how you can be part of the class of 2022, visit www.leadershipsenecacounty.org
