Become a Casa Volunteer

Become a Casa Volunteer
March 15, 2021

If you have the quarantine-blues and are looking for something meaningful to do with your time, why not become a CASA Volunteer! A CASA Volunteer is an advocate for an abused or neglected child in the community. By becoming a CASA, you will be the child's voice in the court system and represent their best interest. Sometimes all kids need is an adult that wants to hear about their day. Having a consistent and trustworthy adult in their life helps build resilience and confidence. Let us know if you are interested in learning more about becoming a CASA! No prior training required, volunteers must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check. Volunteer training will begin April 20, 2021 at 5 PM and is flexible with everyone's schedule. Visit our website casaofssw.org or call our office 419-448-1442 for an application or more information! You can be the person that changes a child's story forever.
