Tiffin-Seneca Public Library and the International Cultural Center are partnering to join hundreds of libraries throughout the country in observing International Games Day @ Your library on Saturday, November 10 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the Frost-Kalnow Room at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library.
Like so many other libraries around the world, T-SPL will have classic board game favorites for children of all ages to play. Students from Heidelberg University and Tiffin University will also bring and play international games, like the African game Mancala; Carrom and Parcheesi from India; and Chinese jump rope, just to name a few.
This is the fourth year that the Library is taking part in International Games Day, an initiative supported by the American Library Association, the Australian Library and Information Association, and Nordic Game Day.
