The 4th annual Tiffin Regatta, a charitable event sponsored by The Tiffin Elks Club and the Bel-Mar Boat Landing, is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020. This one-of-a-kind event brings together participants, spectators and volunteers all working together to raise money for the needs of the Tiffin/Seneca County community. 

The beneficiary for this 4th annual event is the Summer Food Program for Kids. The Summer Food Program for Kids provides nutritious meals during the summer break to area youth, many of whom may not otherwise eat that day. With serving stations around town, volunteers provide a healthy meal three days a week to hungry kids. For a large number of school age kids in the community, the best daily meal they receive is provided by local school’s cafeterias during the school year. With school out, many go hungry. Funds raised by the Regatta will help feed hungry kids during the summer break.

The Regatta committee is very excited for the 4th annual event. There are many ways to get involved, including sponsorship opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and entering a team/boat into the event.
