Chair Yoga is offered to those 50+ years of age. The class is taught by certified instructor Suzanne Reinhart. This program helps with balance, strength, and helps relax both your mind and body. Participants need to be a member of the Allen Eiry Center. Please call 419-448-9774 for more details.
