The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the new ownership at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
Sandra Stout and Mark Griffin purchased the Big Dipper and have made some renovations to the inside earlier this year. Chamber Cash is accepted. The Big Dipper added a Member to Member Benefit – a free small sundae with the purchase of any combo meal.
