Friends of the Library Book Sale

The Friends of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will hold a special fall Book Sale on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 7, 8 and 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Adult Reading Room. 

There will be a special preview for Friends of the Library members only on Wednesday, October 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door.  Saturday’s sale will be a bag sale, selling any sized bag of books for $2.00. 

Bestsellers, fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, media items and more will be sold during the event.

Book donations for the sale will be accepted starting Monday, September 27 during the Library’s open hours.  All items must be in good condition. The book sale does not accept magazines, Readers’ Digest condensed books, outdated books, paperbacks without covers, encyclopedias, and textbooks.  

The Friends of the Library organization supports T-SPL with monies raised through the book sale and other fundraisers held throughout the year.   Funds raised in the past have provided financial support for the children and young adults’ summer reading programs, special events for adults, and major purchases such as furniture.
