Lunch & Learn

The Seneca Regional Chamber hosts training sessions/presentations that take place during the lunch hour. Food is provided by a Chamber member. Lunch & Learns are a great informal atmosphere to collaborate and learn, and can drive person, team and business development.

 

 

Power Hour

The Seneca Regional Chamber partners with members to provide professional development opportunities known as, "Power Hour". Topics have ranged from marketing tips & tricks, stocks and bonds, taxes, envisioning the future, and more! If you're interested in educating our members, reach out to us with your ideas!

 

 

Women's Leadership Series

The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Services partners with Kim Radison, KKR Consult to offer a yearly Women’s Leadership Series.  AHOP Women’s Leadership Series was created to help women recognize specific habits that prevent them from growing in their leadership roles within organizations. Discussion is focused on the book How Women Rise: Break the 12 Habits Holding You Back from Your Next Raise, Promotion, Or Job. This series reviews these habits, helping women recognize the career limiting habits that prevent them from achieving their organizational and career goals. Participants are also challenged to create new goals and habits that will move them forward in their organization. 

 

#WisdomWednesday

The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Services has teamed up with Kim Radison with KKR Consult to offer free personal development opportunities on a quarterly basis for Chamber members and their employees. Topics have been, "A Better Normal: Focusing on Results", "Three easy things you can do to improve employee relationships during the pandemic" and "Do's and Dont's of 2021: Making the Most of 2020".

 

Town & Gown Discount

Chamber members can receive up to $200 off per credit hour from Heidelberg University and Tiffin University.  Additional information about eligibility and other requirements is available on the Heidelberg University website at heidelberg.edu/community-discount or the Tiffin University website at tiffin.edu/local-benefit.
