Easy Recruiting & HR Consulting, LLC is a home based business.  The founder, Diana Rumschlag will come to your office. Diana has 20 years in Human Resources as a Generalist and HR Manager within organizations.  This experience has allowed Diana to begin her own consulting company, Easy Recruiting and HR Consulting, LLC.  Diana has a wide range of HR-related attributes that she focuses on for clients, including  creating/updating job descriptions, full cycle recruiting processes, updating employee handbooks and policies, compliance and employee relations, and company-specific employee training/development, and performance appraisals. Diana earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Findlay and an Associate of Individualized Study Degree in Human Resource Management from Terra State Community College. Diana has earned and maintains the designations of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification - HRCI, and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
