ECS Billing & Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Elaine Hunt and daughters, Cindy Dunne and Sarah Hanna who parlayed their experience managing the family nursing home, durable medical equipment and pharmacy companies into a successful business supporting long term care organizations. Cindy focused on the skilled nursing, home health and hospice markets which developed into a separate company, ECS Billing & Consulting South, Inc. d/b/a ECS Solutions.
