2019 Chamber Challenge Golf Outing

Get ready for the 2019 Chamber Challenge Golf Scramble on Thursday, June 13^th, Mohawk Golf and Country Club! This year’s Chamber Challenge will feature the annual Golf Scramble Tournament, Chipping and Putting Contests, and Proxy Prizes throughout the day. Registration begins at 8:30 am, with a shotgun start at 10.

We are seeking sponsorship for this event! Multiple levels of event sponsorship are available, including Major: $1,000 includes team of four golfers, hole sponsor, full advertising, promotion and recognition package; Premiere: $700 includes team of four golfers, hole sponsor; Team: $600 includes team of four golfers; Event: $500 includes hole sponsor, advertising, promotion and recognition package; Individual Golfer: $150 includes greens fees, cart, lunch, and on-course beverages; Hole Sponsor: $150, and Patron: $100.

Door prizes and items for the Goody Bags are also needed. Register online or print the Registration form and e-mail to dmartorana@tiffinchamber.com or mail to the office. Payment is due by May 31^st.
