Tiffin Community Foundation: Be A Light

 Tiffin Community Foundation in partnership with many other community organizations, is launching a program call "Be A Light" this holiday season in Tiffin and Seneca County. Everyone in Seneca County is encouraged to shine lights during the holiday season. Tiffin Community Foundation has purchased more than 1,000 battery-operated window candles for anyone who wants to "Be A Light."

Take what you need to Light up your homes, your neighborhoods, and your businesses to offer hope, encouragement, kindness and compassion to everyone in our community.

In the words of Thomas Rhett, "In a world full of hate, be a light. When you do somebody wrong, make it right. Don't hide in the dark, you were born to shine.  In a world full of hate, be a light."

Candles are available at Tiffin Community Foundation, 31 S. Washington St.  There is a table outside , so the candles are available anytime.  Candles will also be available until they run out, at the following locations after November 9th:  Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, Tiffin YMCA, Salvation Army of Tiffin and Tiffin-Seneca United Way.
