Tiffin-Seneca Public Library Announces New Item - Hot Spots!

Beginning today the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will have ten mobile hot spots available for their patrons to check out and use the internet almost anywhere!  Patrons 18 years of age and older can borrow these hot spots for two weeks, and they can be placed on hold.
