The Willows At Tiffin Receives Top Award for Outstanding Customer Service

In a year marked by uncertainty, The Willows at Tiffin, a Trilogy Senior Living Community in Tiffin Ohio, stood firm in keeping their promise to Tiffin seniors, caretakers, and families that service to others would always come first. As a result, the senior living provider was recently granted Trilogy Health Services’ highest award in recognition of their dedication to customer service. Dubbed the ‘Sweet Nebraska!’ award by Trilogy Chairman of the Board Randy Bufford, it recognizes Trilogy communities who scored 9.75 or above out of 10 on their Customer Satisfaction Surveys, based on feedback from residents and family members. Scoring the highest out of any Trilogy campus, The Willows at Tiffin received a 9.87 out of 10. Trilogy President and CEO Leigh Ann Barney recently recognized the campus’ achievement via the company’s virtual Spring Meeting.

Companywide, over 8,689 surveys were mailed to family members and other responsible parties. 98 percent of the Willows at Tiffin surveys were returned. Trilogy Health Services currently operates over 110 senior living communities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
