Celebrate the Irish during Tiffin Historic Trust’s first-ever St. Paddy’s Day Tea at 12:30 p.m., March 12, 2022 at the Grammes-Brown House, 172 Jefferson St., Tiffin.  Pianist, singer, songwriter Mimi Lange Johnston will select songs from her extensive repertoire and invites the guests to join her in singing while she accompanies herself on the piano.

In addition to tea, the guests at the St. Paddy’s Day program will enjoy a variety of Irish themed savory and sweet treats.  Tiffin Historic Trust members and friends will serve the guests their refreshments on Miss Rosina Brown’s family china, including her fancy teacups.  Those wishing to tour the Victorian-era home can browse the rooms before or after the event.

The program is open to the public and as an incentive to join the Tiffin Historic Trust members are eligible for a 10% discount on their ticket.  Reservations are required as seating is limited at the Grammes-Brown House, 172 Jefferson St., Tiffin.  Guests are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid.  The donation is $20 per guest or $18 for new and current members.  Phone Mary at 419-448-0370 to place reservations and for more information.  The Tiffin Historic Trust’s e-mail is tiffinhistoric@att.net
