Say hello to your new favorite way to snack with Freeze Dried Ohio! Freeze Dried Ohis is a locally owned and operated business that creates a one of a kind product that all can enjoy. Started by Mary Franks, Freeze Dried Ohio takes your favorite candies, fruits, and other sweets and freeze dries them for consumption. Freeze Drying is a low temperature dehydration process that involved freezing the product, lowering the pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation. After this process, instead of a chewy Air Head or a crisp apple, you now have a light and airy snack that you can easily bite or let melt in your mouth! 

Examples of some of Freeze Dried Ohio's favorites include sour gummy worms, gummy bears, skittles, ice cream scoops, cotton candy, marshmallow treats, tootsie-rolls, bananas, apples, peaches, orange wedges, and more! You can enjoy Freeze Dried Ohio products on their own right out of the bag, and also find them as garnishes on delicious drinks at The Renaissance of Tiffin. Freeze Dried Ohio works out of The Renaissance of Tiffin's commercial kitchen and then sells at a variety of pop-up events and in select store locations.
