Welcome new member, The Tiffin Moose - Lodge 846!

The Tiffin Moose was founded in 1947 above a local store in downtown Tiffin. After outgrowing their downtown location, they moved to their current location on State Route 53 in 1966. An addition was added to the building in 1988. Decades of membership growth and participation were followed by years of decline, but new leadership is reinvigorating the organization. New lodge improvements include a remodeled ballroom with live music almost every Saturday night; a large arcade with three pool tables, video games, and electronic dart boards; a refreshed social quarter (bar area) with eleven televisions, including their 100 inch “Moose Megetron”; and a leadership and membership who has returned to the organization’s core values of charity and family. One of their most popular activities is bingo. Their ADA accessible bingo hall offers two sessions per week on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Their bingo hall is one of the nicest and most comfortable in northwest Ohio, boasting digital flashboards and wireless computers. They even provide a refreshment station with complimentary coffee and a full kitchen for ordering snacks and quick meals during bingo. Their renovated ballroom is available to rent for galas and benefits, and their outdoor shelter house is the perfect venue for graduation parties and family reunions during the summer months.

The Tiffin Moose is for all people of all ages and walks of life. They are a community-focused, non-discriminatory, non-profit corporation committed to providing a modern lodge/family center and a positive leadership role in the community. They host activities for the entire family, organize various sports leagues, and assist to neighbors in need through community service programs and charitable endeavors. The Tiffin Moose is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of inclusion and connectedness.
