Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host a “Halloween Dance Party” for children age five and under on Thursday, October 28 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Children can wear costumes, dance, and play spooky games at this fun Halloween-themed dance party. No registration is required.
