Harvest of Hope was a result of  Dean Vogel, Jr.’s cancer in 2004, who is currently cancer free.  This was followed by his father’s battle with cancer starting in 2006, which ended when he passed in March of 2010.   The name for the event came from a scrapbook Dean Jr.’s  sister, Tami, started for him while he was in the hospital.  The  “Hands of Love Book” was filled with family and friends who traced their hand on a scrapbook page and wrote a message to Dean.  This inspired HOPE to stand for Hands of People Everywhere.

Foremost during the day, is the hope and support given to patients, their families and friends who are currently dealing with cancer, and to honor those who are in remission and/or cancer free.

The Vogel & Staib Families will forever be grateful and remember family, friends, and the community for the support given to them through the years.

They are looking forward to your joining the hands of others November 7th  by attending Harvest of H.O.P.E.…. Hands Of People Everywhere!!
