The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce and Tiffin-Seneca United Way have announced the launch of a quarterly Nonprofit Leadership Alliance that will begin on Friday, January 26 at 11 AM. The event will take place in the McMullen Conference Center located in Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital, 45 St. Lawrence Dr., Tiffin. The hour-long sessions will be facilitated by Darlene Mack, Founder of The Resiliency Edge, a consulting organization that provides high-quality, targeted, transformative professional development and coaching to individuals and leaders.

The series is free to employees and board members of nonprofit organizations in Seneca County. Topics covered will include organizational and leadership challenges, board management, strategic planning, volunteer management, financial management and fundraising, and more.
