Women Empowering Women - Seneca Co.'s monthly event will be yoga and mindful meditation. Gemma from Gem Yoga and Life Enrichment will be with us for March. We will be focusing on the healthy habits such as meditation and yoga. Gemma will be modifying all movements to ensure ALL LEVELS can participate.

NOTE: Please bring a blanket to use. Also, wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Again, please RSVP to ensure we have enough supplies for all participants.
