Frost Village is an exceptionally scenic and historic neighborhood in Tiffin, Ohio. The Village is situated in the oldest area of Tiffin along Frost Parkway, which hugs the northern bank of the Sandusky River. A number of 19th century houses have been thoughtfully restored with careful attention to the original facades and architectural details, while the interiors have been modernized for contemporary living. Just across the river from Frost Village lies the charming downtown of Tiffin, which offers a variety of small shops, restaurants, the East Green, and Ritz Theater. A totally renovated boutique inn with two properties now operates as an Airbnb in Frost Village. The Deli-Cafe has opened in the heart of Frost Village to much acclaim. The Deli-Cafe is in a beautifully restored building with inside and outside seating.

In September 2022 Frost Village and its developer, Andrew Kalnow, received the 2022 Heritage Ohio award for Best Residential Development.
